On April 17, 2026, the Medalla Milagrosa Home had the honor of welcoming Mr. Roberto José Arosemena Cervantes, Deputy Minister of Social Development (MIDES), accompanied by Ms. Abdialy Moreno de Alvarado, MIDES Regional Director for Chiriquí Province.

This significant visit represents a valuable gesture of institutional closeness and commitment to the work being done for the girls and adolescents under our care.

During their tour, the officials were able to see firsthand how the Home operates, as well as the initiatives aimed at the holistic well-being, personal development, and emotional strengthening of the residents.
