The Hogar Medalla Milagrosa (Miraculous Medal Home) successfully completed its 2026 Staff Training Week, an initiative aimed at strengthening the skills, abilities, and commitment of the team that provides comprehensive care to girls and adolescents every day. This training period focused on promoting a balanced and harmonious work environment centered on emotional well-being and the quality of service provided at the Home.

Through various workshops and learning opportunities, key topics for the personal and professional development of the team were addressed. During the week, staff actively participated in training sessions on managing workplace stress and preventing burnout, protection and safeguarding policies, healthy eating in childcare, updates to institutional regulations and protocols, and a spiritual formation session centered on service and vocation.
